Wake:

Breakfast:
Glass of Orange Juice
Cereal with fresh raspberries (1/3 cup) and or grapefruit
eat one clove of Garlic chopped up
take days dose of vitamin B12, calcium, Zinc, cayenne pepper extract, Vitamin-A & E
take 1/3 of Vitamin C, Coenzyme

Aloe Vera (45min-1 hour after BF, 1 cup)

Carrot Juice (16 oz, before lunch sometime)
Lunch:
Green Tea
1 Group A (at least)
1 Group B optional
1 tomato or Tomato containing dish
take 1/3 of Vitamin C, Coenzyme

Aloe Vera (About 30 min before eating dinner, 16oz)
Dinner:

Glass of milk
1 Group D and or B
1 Group C and or A
eat one clove of Garlic chopped up
Green Tea with rosemary (after dinner)

Carrot Juice (8 oz in the evening, more is fine)
eat 1/3 cup raspberries
Night:
take 1/3 of Vitamin C, Coenzyme
Orange Juice (8-16 oz) while relaxing
Group A for a snack

Carrot Juice (8 oz before bed)

WATER MUST BE FILTERED OR DISTILLED
